The Gibson Road Residence is a testament to LTA’s ability to modernize a home while preserving its original charm. The complete remodel transformed the dated 80s floor plan into an updated, modern layout with new wood floors, energy-efficient windows, and stunning stone accents inside and out. 

The kitchen’s relocation to the original dining room provides breathtaking views of the lake while preparing meals, and the new wood-burning fireplace in the living room adds extra comfort when relaxing. The addition of a gas fireplace in the master bedroom offers the same level of coziness. 

The old pool, hot tub, and sun deck were replaced with modern systems and materials, including the transition from a wood deck to stone. The landscaping around the pool and house was also updated, and a golf cart garage was attached to the house for quick access to the local golf courses.
